All the official activities of the Society will be handled by an executive committee, elected by the members in the Annual General Body Meeting of the Society.
The Associate Members with Indian citizenship will have voting rights for the selection of the Executive Committee of the Society. The foreign members will not have any voting rights.
Individual or Institutional Members will not be allowed to use the name of CRSI for any commercial or advertising purpose.

All cheques and demand drafts should be drawn in favour of "Cryptology Research Society of India". An extra amount of Rs. 60/- are to be paid for all cheques/drafts outside Kolkata.
An Institutional Member (of all categories) can send two Authorised Representatives in the Annual General Body Meeting of CRSI, but they will not have any voting rights for the selection of the Executive Committee of the Society. These representatives of the Institutional Member should be directly associated with the Institute. Any change of the Authorised Representatives must be immediately informed to the General Secretary of CRSI.
